Killeen Locksmith Service has been serving the local area since 1995. It started with Retired US Army Joseph Combs dba Joe’s Locksmith Service and in 2005 was registered as Killeen Locksmith Services LLC. This local lock shop consists of specialized trained teams of technicians in GSA Safe Servicing, Commercial Door and Hardware, Property Management compliance, and Automotive Lock servicing. We invest in the most technological advanced software and equipment for accuracy and detailed record tracking.
We do compete daily with other lower priced locksmith companies and unfortunately lose some customers who are shopping for the lowest prices. We were once told that rekeying a property isn’t “rocket science” and it’s about the “bottom line.” What price is your security and the security of others worth? We are not about cheap prices, instead we are known for quality products and professional grade services. So in other words, we are covered for any work related accidents or injuries, not the property owner. Ask any other company coming onto your property for their insurance certificates for your own protection.
*State Licensed and Registered – We are licensed with the State of Texas as a Private Security Company (Lic # B12411). There are companies out there who are operating illegally without these licenses. Be aware and ask to see.
*Parts – We do not offer or carry “generic off the internet” knock off parts. We use only factory authorized parts and materials from reputable distributors.
*Customer Service – We strive for dedicated office personnel to assist our customers. Our goal is to always have the customer completely satisfied with our company. We will attempt to return any calls and respond to emails as quickly as we receive them. If it’s a lock we can’t help with, we will only refer you to someone we can trust.
